JCB STEM in a Box Partnership

JCB STEM in a Box Partnership

As part of a nationwide STEM initiative, JCB have partnered with Madeley High School to deliver the STEM in a Box project, aimed at Years 7 and 8.

This exciting project gives pupils the chance to design and make their own model Loadall boom and attachment, with weekly visits from JCB undergraduates to inspire, advise and motivate our students.

JCB are the world's 3rd largest Construction and Agricultural Equipment Manufacturer, producing the world's Number 1 telescopic handler.

This presents an exciting opportunity for students at Madeley High School, who will not only be assisted by JCB staff, but will also have the chance to visit JCB World Headquarters Museum and sit in a machine as part of the competition, to see where the hard work they put in now will get them in the future!
